Integration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Manager to drive strategy, development, and performance enhancements for specific products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the connectivity model for booking channels, ensuring seamless integration of availability, rates, inventory, and bookings
• Drive new product development by defining business requirements and coordinating cross-functional teams to create integrated product solutions
• Manage the full product lifecycle by evaluating performance, customer feedback, and market needs to identify enhancement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency at a minimum of JLPT N2 level (or equivalent)
• Commitment to working during Japan's business hours
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or a minimum of 8 years of equivalent experience
• Strong experience leading product lifecycles in the hospitality or travel industry, with a preference for 2 years of end-to-end product management experience
• Hands-on experience with global distribution systems and API design/testing tools, along with collaboration tools
