Integration Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Integration Manager will configure and activate partners in the production environment, manage API keys, and troubleshoot transaction issues, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and activate merchants in the production environment, ensuring technical readiness for Go-Live
• Manage API key setups and verify configurations to prevent transaction errors
• Utilize logs and monitoring tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the pre-live stage

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in L2/L3 Tech Support or as a Senior Support Agent/Support Manager in FinTech, Crypto, or payment processing
• Hands-on experience with logs and troubleshooting transaction errors
• Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures
• Proficiency in using Postman for request validation
• Fluent in English (B2/C1), with Ukrainian or Russian language skills preferred for effective communication with international merchants
