Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Integrations & Implementations to lead the onboarding of newly acquired insurance agencies onto their platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full integration project plan across various departments including HR, IT, and Operations
  • Oversee Day 1 rollout and onboarding sessions for newly acquired teams
  • Create and improve integration playbooks and communication kits for future acquisitions
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in project management, implementation, consulting, or integration roles
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
  • PMP or Agile certification is a bonus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to navigate complex team dynamics
