Job Summary
A company is looking for an Integration Project Manager to lead the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple acquisition and startup initiatives, ensuring operational integration within targeted timeframes
- Develop detailed integration roadmaps and execution plans, ensuring stakeholder alignment and accountability
- Identify and mitigate risks while providing regular updates and dashboards on project health to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience leading integration efforts in an M&A environment
- 5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced organization
- 5+ years of insurance industry experience with a solid understanding of core operations
- PMP certification preferred
