Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Project Manager to lead the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple acquisition and startup initiatives, ensuring operational integration within targeted timeframes
  • Develop detailed integration roadmaps and execution plans, ensuring stakeholder alignment and accountability
  • Identify and mitigate risks while providing regular updates and dashboards on project health to leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading integration efforts in an M&A environment
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced organization
  • 5+ years of insurance industry experience with a solid understanding of core operations
  • PMP certification preferred
