Integration Project Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in healthcare integrations, the full-time Integration Project Manager will manage the delivery of interface projects focused on obtaining Claims, Scheduling, and Clinical data from various vendors, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for multiple healthcare integration projects, ensuring adherence to data specifications and service level agreements
• Act as a communication link between Integrations and internal partners, managing issues, risks, and escalations effectively
• Oversee vendor relationships, including negotiations and contract management, while presenting regular updates on program health to leadership

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with APIs, HL7 v2/v3, and related communication protocols
• 6+ years of program management or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience with interoperability standards and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong skills in negotiating contracts with vendors
• Master's degree in a technical field or other relevant fields is preferred
