Integration Software Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of software engineers, the full-time Integration Software Engineering Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of integrations between the platform and third-party technologies while working remotely from the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to software engineers while setting clear expectations and fostering a collaborative team culture
- Participate in design discussions and technical decision-making, contributing directly to complex integrations and troubleshooting as needed
- Collaborate with Product Management and partner teams to clarify priorities and establish realistic plans, balancing new development with maintenance and customer needs
Required qualifications
- Experience managing or leading software engineers in a first-line leadership role
- Hands-on leadership style with solid backend software engineering experience in Python, Go, Java, or a comparable language
- Experience with building, integrating, or operating production software and APIs
- Practical understanding of microservices, distributed applications, or cloud-based systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
