Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor during the customer's intake and pre-planning phases of integration projects
• Document customer integration requirements and ensure adherence to best practices during implementation
• Collaborate with various teams to assess customer readiness and prioritize project assignments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced proficiency in technical integration theory and methodologies
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field or function
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Proficiency in Google GSuite Products (Documents, Sheets, Slides)
