Integration Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Bridging the gap between solution architecture and integration engineering, the full-time remote Integration Solutions Engineer will design, build, and troubleshoot integrations between Vividly and customer ERPs, banks, and other systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build integrations using Workato and other technologies, ensuring alignment with customer workflows
- Consult with customers on technical architecture and integration best practices, translating business requirements into technical designs
- Identify integration gaps and opportunities for improvement in APIs and integration frameworks to enhance scalability and repeatability
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing or developing technical solutions for client adoption
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, including authentication, requests/responses, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, and QuickBooks
- Understanding of relational databases, data models, and data transformation
- Experience with an iPaaS platform like Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft
