Job Summary
To design and support integrations for customer business systems, the full-time Integration Solutions Specialist will implement solutions using APIs and various programming languages while collaborating with clients and internal teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement system integrations using APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and data mapping
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and create technical documentation and integration diagrams
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration
- Experience with APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and databases
- Programming experience with Java, C#, or similar technologies
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
