Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Specialist to support customer data integrations and improve product functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver data integrations into the product as part of the customer success team
• Collaborate with R&D on new integrations and enhancements of existing ones
• Assist the product support team with integration-related issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting integrations with ERP, CRM, or financial systems
• 1-3+ years of iPaaS or middleware experience with platforms like Workato or MuleSoft
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (JavaScript or Python)
• 2+ years of experience using APIs and Postman for integration workflows
• Strong decision-making skills and a customer-focused mindset
