Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Specialist to drive successful onboarding and technical integration of products within customer environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and technical integrations for assigned product portfolios
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to support pre-sales discovery and successful implementation
  • Provide ongoing post-sales technical support to drive product adoption and long-term customer success


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in the airline industry, flight shopping, merchandising, or relevant data
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical integrations or onboarding initiatives
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on best practices and system optimization
