Job Summary
A company is looking for an Integration Specialist: Level 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group training sessions via Zoom for Learning Management System (LMS) integrations
- Develop a strong understanding of McGraw Hill's digital products and manage the integration process for customers
- Collaborate with sales teams to support customer retention and address inquiries related to product integration
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Familiarity with McGraw Hill courseware solutions like Connect, ALEKS, and SIMnet
- Experience with major LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, or Moodle
- 1-2 years' experience in customer success or software implementation, preferably in higher education
- Strong communication and presentation skills
