Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Specialist: Level 1.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group training sessions via Zoom for Learning Management System (LMS) integrations
Develop a strong understanding of McGraw Hill's digital products and manage the integration process for customers
Collaborate with sales teams to support customer retention and address inquiries related to product integration

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required
Familiarity with McGraw Hill courseware solutions like Connect, ALEKS, and SIMnet
Experience with major LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, or Moodle
1-2 years' experience in customer success or software implementation, preferably in higher education
Strong communication and presentation skills
