Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Specialist to manage system integrations between the company and legal Case Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake and configuration of integration requests, translating them into actionable project plans
• Oversee multiple concurrent integration projects, ensuring timely delivery by coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain documentation, including integration playbooks and setup guides, for internal and customer use

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in delivering integrations in SaaS or solution delivery contexts
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
• Technical fluency in JSON, APIs, and data mapping between systems
• Experience with project tracking tools like Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
