Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Specialist to join their customer success team and manage data integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver data integrations into the product as part of the customer success team
• Lead data integration solutions for various customers and technologies
• Collaborate with Implementations & R&D on new and existing integrations and assist the product support team with integration-related issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting integrations with ERP, CRM, or financial systems
• 1-3+ years of iPaaS or middleware experience with platforms like Workato, Tray I/O, or MuleSoft
• 2+ years of experience using APIs and Postman for integrations
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (JavaScript or Python)
• Experience in debugging and optimizing integration flow designs across ERP/CRM systems
