Integration Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Integration Specialist, the full-time remote position will implement and maintain platform-to-platform integrations, collaborating with customers and internal teams to design, build, and support API-based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement data and workflow integrations while translating customer requirements into scalable solutions
• Build, configure, and test automated workflows between platforms via APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON) and understanding data exchange between platforms
• Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, or Make
• Technical background with the ability to read API documentation and build data mappings
• Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs) for integration development
