Job Summary
Providing advanced helpdesk support and assisting with ISV integrations, the full-time remote Integration Specialist will maintain technical documentation and research data flows for platform functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver advanced helpdesk support for merchants integrated into PayTrace's API and assist with technical inquiries from Sales and other business areas
- Maintain and update integration and software guides while documenting PayTrace software integrations
- Research and develop data flows for internal and external file formats, assisting in the design of new processes and services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent education and work experience
- Strong background in programming languages/frameworks
- Experience with code-level debugging, HTML, and CSS
- Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution of software issues
- Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills
