Job Summary

Integration Specialist II is a full-time role responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing support of software integrations and workflow automation to enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, testing, and support of software integrations and enablement solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business systems and translate requirements into solution designs
• Administer and enhance internal tools and enablement platforms to ensure usability and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Business Analytics, or related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing technology integration, business analysis, and software solution enablement
• Experience with marketing and sales enablement tools and technical documentation
• Knowledge of low code/no code platforms and data connectivity
• Demonstrated ability to develop solution designs and deployment documentation
