Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Support Analyst to ensure seamless API integrations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical troubleshooting efforts for enterprise integration issues, ensuring solutions are delivered within SLA timeframes
Manage the onboarding process for new enterprise accounts and serve as the first line of support
Develop monitoring dashboards to track API performance and collaborate with engineering teams on complex integration issues

Required Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
5+ years of technical support experience with enterprise-level integrations
Strong proficiency in Python programming and API interactions
Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, SQL, and web services
Experience working within strict SLA environments
