Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Support Engineer 2.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier-2 incident support and triage of production issues
Proactively monitor application health, customer integration jobs, and API requests
Identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities, and build/configure system monitors and dashboards

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
3+ years of experience in development or production support
Strong SQL skills, knowledge of Unix shell scripting, and experience with Kibana and Elasticsearch
ITIL certification is preferred, and basic programming knowledge (SQL, Python, Java, etc.) is highly desired
