Job Summary
To enhance the Tech Support team, the full-time remote Integration Support Engineer will troubleshoot live issues across 300+ supplier integrations, ensuring reliable booking operations and B2B service performance.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues impacting booking operations
- Monitor and analyze logs and system performance for proactive issue identification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration processes and reliability
Required qualifications
- Experience in technical support of hotel products is a plus
- Familiarity with logs and monitoring systems
- Understanding of API principles
- Knowledge of Postman
- Conversational English at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate)
