Job Summary

To enhance the Tech Support team, the full-time remote Integration Support Engineer will troubleshoot live issues across 300+ supplier integrations, ensuring reliable booking operations and B2B service performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues impacting booking operations
  • Monitor and analyze logs and system performance for proactive issue identification
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration processes and reliability
Required qualifications
  • Experience in technical support of hotel products is a plus
  • Familiarity with logs and monitoring systems
  • Understanding of API principles
  • Knowledge of Postman
  • Conversational English at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate)
