Integration Support Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance integration support efficiency, the full-time remote Integration Support Engineer will collaborate with various teams to manage data integrations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize quick responses and maintain SLAs to exceed user satisfaction
• Support and improve technical workflows and documentation for scalable integration processes
• Proactively monitor integration health and manage troubleshooting of integration errors and downtime events

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in EHR healthcare integration roles, specifically with database extracts, HL7v2, and/or FHIR
• Demonstrated experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data integration
• Ability to manage technical challenges independently and collaboratively with engineering teams
• Strong communication skills to convey technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive self-starter with an ownership mindset
