Job Summary
A company is looking for an Integration Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients using integrations and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integrations, APIs, and SSO
- Conduct API implementation calls and review client-proposed integration designs
- Document and improve support documentation for integrations and assist with general technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2-3 years of customer service or technical support experience
- Hands-on experience with APIs and troubleshooting SSO/integration issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and common integration failure modes
