Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients using integrations and APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integrations, APIs, and SSO
  • Conduct API implementation calls and review client-proposed integration designs
  • Document and improve support documentation for integrations and assist with general technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 2-3 years of customer service or technical support experience
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and troubleshooting SSO/integration issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and common integration failure modes
