Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients using integrations and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integrations, APIs, and SSO
Conduct API implementation calls and review client-proposed integration designs
Document and improve support documentation for integrations and assist with general technical issues

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish
2-3 years of customer service or technical support experience
Hands-on experience with APIs and troubleshooting SSO/integration issues
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and common integration failure modes
