Key Responsibilities

• Support the integration of customer systems using API capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders
• Manage low complexity API integrations and communicate process improvements
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors to ensure successful system integrations

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 1 - 3+ years of experience in operations and/or insurance/benefits
