Integration Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Systems Analysis Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the integration of customer systems using API capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders
• Manage and deliver low complexity API integrations, ensuring client needs are met
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors to facilitate successful system integrations

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 1 - 3+ years of experience in operations and/or insurance/benefits relevant to this position
• Foundational knowledge of API integrations and data mapping processes
• Experience in assessing current and emerging trends in assigned areas of responsibility
• Ability to identify and communicate process improvements effectively
