Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration team and ensure high-quality, reliable solutions
• Implement continuous improvement principles in project delivery and operational support
• Manage resource capacity planning for IT Data Integration interface support

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare technology experience, specifically in HL7 Interface Development
• Extensive experience with interface engines such as Corepoint, Mirth Connect, and Rhapsody
• 3+ years of staff supervision experience
• 3+ years of experience leading diverse teams in virtual locations
• Demonstrated experience in designing solutions using data architecture and integration principles
