Integrations Associate

Job Summary

To support the Feed Integrations Team, the full-time remote Integrations Associate will manage the maintenance and optimization of eligibility and claims data feeds, serving as a key point of contact for external partners while collaborating with internal teams to enhance automation and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementations of new client eligibility and claims data integration feeds
• Own maintenance and improvement of existing eligibility and claims data integration feeds
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot discrepancies

Required qualifications

• 0 - 5 years of experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats (e.g., EDI 834, 837)
• Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP and encryption standards (e.g., PGP)
• Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally and externally with partners
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a drive for root-cause problem solving
