Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrations Consultant to act as a technical partner for clients, ensuring seamless integrations and data migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop integration solutions for complex business challenges with ATSs and HCM platforms
• Manage customer implementation projects and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth deployments
• Lead customers through integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and document best practices

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HR technology and delivering complex integrations for enterprise customers
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
• Strong technical consulting skills to demonstrate business value to stakeholders
