Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Integrations Consultant will lead customer onboarding and training for Omatic products, ensuring timely and effective implementation while serving as a trusted advisor for best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct remote software onboarding and training engagements for all Omatic Software products
- Accurately assess customer requirements and configure systems to meet their needs
- Develop and deliver customized documentation and identify creative technical solutions to complex data issues
Required qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, including NPSP import and data migration processes; Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge, Raiser's Edge NXT, and Altru; Raiser's Edge Certification is a plus
- Project management experience, including scheduling and task management for multiple customers and projects
- Self-motivated learner with strong time management and organizational skills
- Technical proficiency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
