Integrations Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Integrations Consultant will lead customer onboarding and training for Omatic products, ensuring timely and effective implementation while serving as a trusted advisor for best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote software onboarding and training engagements for all Omatic Software products
• Accurately assess customer requirements and configure systems to meet their needs
• Develop and deliver customized documentation and identify creative technical solutions to complex data issues

Required qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, including NPSP import and data migration processes; Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus
• Familiarity with Raiser's Edge, Raiser's Edge NXT, and Altru; Raiser's Edge Certification is a plus
• Project management experience, including scheduling and task management for multiple customers and projects
• Self-motivated learner with strong time management and organizational skills
• Technical proficiency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
