Job Summary
To ensure customer success with Omatic products, the full-time Integrations Consultant will conduct remote software onboarding and training, assess customer data needs, and configure systems to meet specific requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct remote software onboarding and training engagements on all Omatic Software products
- Accurately assess customer requirements and configure systems while providing testing support
- Develop and deliver customized professional documentation tailored to individual customer needs
Required qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, including NPSP import and data migration processes; Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus
- Experience with Raiser's Edge, Raiser's Edge NXT, and Altru; Raiser's Edge Certification is a plus
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling and task management across multiple projects
- Self-motivated learner with the ability to independently advance product knowledge
- Technically savvy with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
