Integrations Consultant

Job Summary

To ensure customer success with Omatic products, the full-time Integrations Consultant will conduct remote software onboarding and training, assess customer data needs, and configure systems to meet specific requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote software onboarding and training engagements on all Omatic Software products
• Accurately assess customer requirements and configure systems while providing testing support
• Develop and deliver customized professional documentation tailored to individual customer needs

Required qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, including NPSP import and data migration processes; Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus
• Experience with Raiser's Edge, Raiser's Edge NXT, and Altru; Raiser's Edge Certification is a plus
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling and task management across multiple projects
• Self-motivated learner with the ability to independently advance product knowledge
• Technically savvy with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
