Job Summary

Leading customer integration initiatives, the full-time Integrations Consultant will work remotely to guide clients through the adoption of the platform's integration and data capabilities, ensuring data flows accurately from ERP systems to Higharc.

Key responsibilities

• Run structured discovery sessions with customers to understand their ERP systems and data flow
• Translate customer data insights into actionable integration plans within the Higharc platform
• Document processes and test data flows to ensure accuracy before customer handoff

Required qualifications

• Solid understanding of homebuilder data structures and ERP systems
• Strong data analytics skills to identify issues within datasets
• Project management instincts to maintain multi-step integration processes
• Excellent documentation habits for clear and repeatable processes
• Ability to manage multiple customer integrations simultaneously
