Integrations Consultant

Job Summary

As the second member of the Integrations Consulting team, the full-time remote Integrations Consultant will manage and execute technical requirements for strategic customers implementing custom-built HCM integrations, while advising on best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute technical integration requirements for strategic customers, ensuring successful implementation of HCM solutions
• Advise customers on integration best practices and configurations, maintaining strong relationships throughout the implementation process
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering and other teams to align on project goals and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise-grade HCM integrations, particularly with Workday and other solutions like UKG and ADP
• Proven ability to navigate change management processes and adapt customers to new systems
• Strong technical proficiency with complex products, ideally including Ashby
• Experience in consultative roles, advising customers on software best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs
