Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrations Engineer to manage technical relationships with enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical partner to Sales during discovery and demo cycles, shaping scalable integration plans
• Lead technical onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
• Design, document, and manage customer API integrations (RESTful APIs, webhooks, and ETL workflows)

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Specialist)
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, or ETL pipelines
• Proficient in tools like Postman, API gateways, and data mapping tools
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT) and API versioning best practices
• Project management experience to handle timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
