Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrations Engineer to connect customer systems with their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build integration flows between the platform and third-party supply chain systems
• Perform testing on integrations and obtain customer sign-off prior to go-live
• Provide support for existing customer integrations and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or STEM field
• 1-4 years of experience in B2B system integrations, preferably in Supply Chain
• Experience with integration tools like Workato or Boomi
• Understanding of REST, JSON, XML, and Ruby with API client experience
• Experience providing 3rd line support to non-technical audiences
