Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with the Customer Delivery team, the full-time remote Integrations Engineer will build, support, and maintain Cerby's RPA flows while monitoring and resolving incidents in automation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and maintain reliable Cerby RPA flows in collaboration with the Customer Delivery team
• Monitor, detect, and resolve incidents related to automation workflows
• Analyze user activity and feedback to guide the implementation of new automations and improvements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus) in coding, testing, and debugging
• Knowledge of web crawlers' technical architecture, including XPath, CSS Selectors, JSON, and APIs
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and troubleshooting web technologies (HTML/CSS)
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitHub
• Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team across time zones
