Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and implementing API-based integrations, the full-time Integrations & Solutions Engineer will support customer data exchange with external systems while troubleshooting issues and leading technical discovery in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain API-based integrations with third-party systems
• Lead technical discovery and translate customer workflows into integration solutions
• Troubleshoot integration issues using logs, API traces, and internal tooling

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in API integrations, solutions engineering, or technical support
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and event/webhook models
• Proficient with Postman and debugging API traffic
• Python scripting experience
• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud
