Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to design, configure, and implement integrations
• Prepare systems for integration with external platforms and ensure data integrity
• Test and troubleshoot integrations, providing training and ongoing support to customers

Required Qualifications

• Experience with APIs, JSON, databases, and integration tools
• Familiarity with web services and integration frameworks
• 2+ years of Technical Support experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working in SaaS or web-based applications
