Integrations Manager

Job Summary

Integrations Manager, responsible for defining and executing the third-party integration strategy while leading a team of Integration Specialists in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the third-party integration strategy for the Transportation Management product suite
• Lead the strategy for Aljex integrations and oversee standardized and custom API integrations
• Build and coach a team of Integration Specialists, ensuring timely and quality delivery of integration initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in the freight broker and freight technology space, particularly with TMS platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading technical or integration-focused teams
• Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations
• Proven ability to align technical initiatives with business outcomes
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams such as Product, Sales, and Support
