Integrations Partner Manager

Job Summary

Owning the integration partner program, the full-time Integrations Partner Manager will manage partnerships with vendors, collaborate with product teams to unlock integration capabilities, and drive growth in Vanta's integration ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the integration partner program, sourcing new partners and fostering relationships to unlock collaboration opportunities
• Collaborate with product teams to understand integration use cases and provide necessary access and support from vendors
• Identify and encourage technical partners to build on Vanta's integration APIs, managing them through the technical partner program

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing strategic technical partner portfolios within a SaaS or platform ecosystem
• Proven success in building and managing integration partnerships with measurable ROI
• Experience collaborating with internal and external teams, particularly in Product, Field, and Procurement/Legal
• Open to leveraging AI to enhance skills and improve efficiency in partner management
• Preferred: Established network within the SaaS/integrations ecosystem and general technical skills related to APIs and schemas
