Job Summary
A company is looking for an Integrations Specialist to support their System Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and complete remote installations, including configuration and troubleshooting of various integrations
- Create and update integration manuals and internal training materials
- Provide customer service and support for retention efforts
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Point of Sale hardware and software troubleshooting
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SQL, and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Ability to work within a team environment and adapt to frequent change
- Typing proficiency of 50-70 wpm
