Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrations Specialist to support their System Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and complete remote installations, including configuration and troubleshooting of various integrations
  • Create and update integration manuals and internal training materials
  • Provide customer service and support for retention efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Point of Sale hardware and software troubleshooting
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SQL, and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Ability to work within a team environment and adapt to frequent change
  • Typing proficiency of 50-70 wpm
