Integrations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrations Specialist to manage software integrations and mobile app deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support integrations including third-party and mobile app deployments
• Manage end-to-end mobile app deployment processes, including app store submissions and updates
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration processes

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, software configuration, or systems integration
• Experience deploying mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub platforms is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail tech space is a bonus
