Integrations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BenAdmin Integrations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in third-party platforms and their integration with internal systems
• Support onboarding and adoption by identifying risks and recommending solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and operational issues with partners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of experience with ben-admin or HCM platforms like Workday or ADP
• Experience configuring or supporting benefits within HCM or ben-admin platforms
• Understanding of API concepts and tools (REST APIs, JSON, Postman, Swagger)
• Experience in operations, implementation, or technical enablement within group benefits
• Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection
