Job Summary
Supporting the Customer Operations team remotely, the full-time Integrations Specialist will manage the setup, testing, and maintenance of system integrations between the VitalSource platform and various educational institutions and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sets up, tests, and maintains integrations according to customer requirements
- Supports internal teams with integration discussions, design, troubleshooting, and escalations
- Provides Voice of Customer feedback for continuous improvement and escalates issues as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer management experience
- 2+ years of experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or database
