Integrations Specialist
Job Summary
Partnering with internal teams and external platform providers, the full-time Integrations Specialist will support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate benefits data flow across systems in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in third-party platforms and their integration with internal systems, providing guidance on capabilities and best practices
- Collaborate with implementation, operations, and technology teams to identify risks and recommend solutions for onboarding and adoption
- Analyze trends and operational patterns, creating documentation and standards to drive consistent support models
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with ben-admin or HCM platforms such as Workday, ADP, or similar tools
- Experience configuring or supporting benefits within an HCM or ben-admin platform
- Understanding of API concepts and tools (e.g., REST APIs, JSON, Postman, or Swagger)
- Experience in operations, implementation, or technical enablement within group benefits
- Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
