Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrations & Technical Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new API integrations with restaurant brands and third-party vendors
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to API processes
• Provide technical training and support to internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of API integrations and willingness to learn REST & GraphQL
• Operational understanding of technical integrations and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to understand data in relation to business needs and objectives
• Ability to resolve issues under pressure
• Extensive curiosity and creativity for solving complex operational challenges
