Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Data Team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and accurate data delivery
• Manage workflows, ticket assignments, and individual performance metrics within the team
• Coordinate data projects and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or management information systems
• Five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft tools and technologies for custom software solutions
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise data warehouse solutions and database platforms
• Minimum of five years in senior IT roles, with management experience preferred
