Integrity Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing program integrity and compliance, the full-time Integrity Assurance Manager will manage audits, prepare personnel for inspections, and ensure adherence to federal contract requirements in a remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and customer-required audits
• Prepare personnel and documentation for customer inspections and compliance reviews
• Educate employees on proper handling and safeguarding of sensitive information and PII

Required Qualifications

• Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance
• Experience with DHS programs highly desired
• Proven background in compliance program administration
• Knowledge of federal background investigation contract requirements
• Experience in audit preparation and execution
