Integrity Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support community safety initiatives, the full-time temporary Integrity Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day integrity operations, enforce policies, and analyze data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Run day-to-day integrity operations, investigating and enforcing integrity policies
• Improve operations through root cause analyses and provide insights on policy violations and abuse trends
• Triage escalations and manage project timelines while supporting new product launches

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of project management and operations support experience
• Proficiency in data tools and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in configuring operational workflows and conducting QA testing
• Prior experience with content or community moderation and escalation management
