Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal clients on naming, branding, and marketing issues
• Manage trademark prosecution and brand protection matters
• Assist with trademark enforcement, opposition, and conflict matters

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of trademark paralegal experience, with at least two years in-house
• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent practical experience
• Significant experience in conducting trademark clearance searches globally
• Familiarity with social media platforms and takedown procedures
• Passion for technology and its intersection with branding and intellectual property law
