Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the law team in managing patent and trademark portfolios and invention disclosure programs
• Manage IP docketing systems and coordinate with in-house and outside counsel
• Streamline and enhance IP processes, including automation and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IP paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
• Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate
• Hands-on experience managing patent and trademark workflows
• Familiarity with IP management platforms, such as Computer Packages Inc. (CPI)
• Proficiency with AI technology and tools
