Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

Support the law team in managing patent and trademark portfolios and the invention disclosure program
Manage IP docketing systems, track deadlines and budgets, and coordinate with in-house and outside counsel
Streamline and enhance IP processes through automation and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of IP paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate
Experience managing patent and trademark workflows
Familiarity with IP management platforms, such as Computer Packages Inc. (CPI) systems
Proficiency with AI technology and tools
